Notice of policy for having a link on the Ohio Consumers' Counsel website

The purpose of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel website is to enhance our education efforts and provide additional utility information to Ohio's residential consumers.

Qualification Standards

Any entity meeting the following qualifications may have a link from OCC's website to the entity's webpage:

• Be actively engaged in providing utility or utility related services to Ohio's residential utlity consumers.
  
  
• Be in compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements for providing utility or utility related services to Ohio residential consumers.

How to Apply

• Print and fully complete the application and mail it to the

• Upon receipt the Ohio Consumers' Counsel will contact your organization within 14 business days regarding the status of your application.
  
  
• All links to the Ohio Consumers' Counsel website are limited to a uniform size and shall not include additional information other than a hot-link identifying the entity's name with the link. The placement of links on the website is the sole discretion of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel. Having a link on the Ohio Consumers' Counsel website does not in any way confer endorsement of the entity by the Ohio Consumers' Counsel.
  
  
• The OCC reserves the right to condition approval of or reject applications for links to the Electric Choice webpages of one who does not qualify as an entity pursuant to the qualification standards.
