COLUMBUS, Ohio – Feb. 23, 2007 – Today, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland appointed Paul Centolella to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
The following statement can be attributed to Janine Migden-Ostrander, Consumers’ Counsel:
“We are very pleased with Governor Strickland's appointment of Paul Centolella to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. I have known Mr. Centolella for many years, including the time in which he advocated for residents at the Consumers’ Counsel. His selection is an excellent choice as policymakers must work to create and develop an energy policy that will benefit residential consumers and improve economic development. Mr. Centolella understands the complexity of utility issues and how they impact consumers across our state. He brings a high level of intellect and commitment to excellence to the job.”
